no i think your good your zygomatic region is still way wider then the jaw area
It is, my most major flaw is mouth size id say. No support from my teeth as im going through quite the process of jaw surgery through insurance. Shits genuenly awful

The wider the better, its extremely rare that someone even has a face that’s too wide, your def good
Overall good ratios too, looking good Bhai🫰
Better for who? Too wide isn't better, something like Jordan's tfwh would suit normal person, just have everything else theory

I mean normally it’s better to have a rather wider face, ofc it’s not good to have a face that’s too wide

I definetly still have alot to improve. Im just going through orthodontics and possibly jaw surgery first.

wdym support from teeth? do u have a gummy smile or low incisor show?

84% bigonial width in relation to your bizygomatic width
Not bad

Small amount of filler in the jaw would also make things better for you
good morph, was thinking about this too.

I have an underbite skeletally and my treatment plan is double jaw surgery, unfortunately my ortho wants to try regular braces and elastics first wich isnt working. Ill get the final confirmation for surgery in my next appointment

Low incisor show, all my teeth are tilted inwards and my dental arches are collapsed. I have an underbite and i should be getting jaw surgery if everything goes well, final confirmation in 8 weeks. I cba to go more indepth unless you want to know

your maxilla will have to go down a little to get incisor show. but ur not high angled so its chill. plus any angle increase will just be equalised by your mandible having to rotate up to your maxilla when you get the surgery.

yeah i really need the ccw movement on my mandible from bsso. I have a bit of downward growth thats really bothering to me. Also considering adding a genioplasty if i do get the djs.

its fine, when your maxilla goes forward your mandible with need somewhere to rotate, fixing your underbite and making you a class 1. you can get molar intrusion so only the front of maxilla goes down and forward, while the rest of the maxilla will go straight forward, that will give incisor show without dropping your mandible. Mandible following maxilla isn't 1:1 but i think 1 mm of maxilla growth will equal to almost a degree of ccw of the mandible, not including underbite though

Yeah i guess so, would be a huge impact for me since ccw movement in the mandible will project my bygonial more and make it appear more broad. Will match better to my zygos. Definetly would look forward to it

also u may not need genio, each degree of ccw is like almost a mm of movement in your pogonion, this isn't including any forward growth of mandible too.

ur chin might be rlly flat tho i cant really tell. if you do get it see how it goes, in my vision i think it will be fine, if not fillers. but thats just me

Yeah that is true, my chin isnt flat whatsoever but i think a bit broader would be better, or if i get mandibular setback including the ccw rotation itd be good to be a bit more projected. The pic isnt a true side profile, but its just for refference on my chin.

i dont think u need mandible setback tbh, once u correct your class 3, soft tissue follows like 70 percent to your maxilla so your lips will be in proportion to your chin

Not sure, im just quoting my ortho and surgeon. I went to a maxillofacial surgeon first, told me i needed jaw surgery. Went to the ortho, got scans they said the same thing and my treatment plan was supposed to be jaw surgery. Then my ortho decided to try just braces first, didn‘t work. Now im on 8 weeks of elastics and if that dosen‘t work either im getting surgery. It‘s a bit odd though, i have class 2 elastics even though im a class 3. theyre trying to compensate the fuck out of me

I feel you bro, I've gotten braces before and my teeth ended up crooked again, I realised I needed a marpe, they said I did not need it, but I was just pissed off at the orthodontists, because all they care about is straight teeth. So I went to a specialist and they said I definitely needed it. :lul:

idk what the hell class 2 elastics would do. if your talking about mandibular setback, they might just extract your bottom teeth, then you will look like your class 1 because the class 2 bands flared your bottom teeth so much. Thats just a guess lmaoo. I have had really bad experiences with my ortho's.
