I have a tongue tie and I’m entering puberty. I’m wondering how it might affect things like speech, jaw or facial development, breathing, posture, or anything else as my body changes. Has anyone experienced this, or does anyone know what I should expect?

Almost everyone has tongue ties it just depends on how tight it is. If you can freely move it around the mouth while being able to mew then your good. If its limited however and you cant move it. Best thing would be to get it cut professionally or ive heard you can stretch it but i think thats cope
