Use a small gauge needle to minimize the chance of injecting into a vessel. 22g-25g is fine, also make sure your needle is atleast 1-1.5 inches long.
Inject at an angle
Avoid areas that are risky since deep injections into these areas are dangerous asf.
Make sure your needle is sharp.
