How would you get the eyes to improve like this?

Ok so the first picture is my eye area currently and the second is a slight edit of it. What kind of procedures surgically or otherwise would be necessary to achieve this? I guess for the lower eyelid you could do a lower eyelid retraction or infra implant. For the upper eyelid tho I’m wondering how to get ig straighter hooding? Idk how to describe it but I want the skin from the inner part of the eyebrow to go down more.

Imo I would try to improve lashes first before contemplating surgery since ur lashes are ass, use latisse and then once they’re long dye them blue black

They have insane coloring, frame, height, and overall face harmony. If you got yours a bit wider and wider lashes along with super populated eyebrows + frauding w mascara you might get better, but not that much.
