How you make yourself to sleep on your back

When i tryna sleep on my back I can’t sleep for 30-40 minutes but falling in sleep on my side for 3-4 minutes how can i make it faster on my back

I think its moreso something you just have to get used to if ur used to falling asleep on ur sides, I wouldnt really stress it though

You could get a specially shaped pillow which would prevent your head from rolling to its side

you need to get used to it. What I did is I took supplements at the beginning to help me fall asleep faster
