Step 1: Apply a bit of topical minoxidil on to a q-tip
Step 2: Close the eye ur applying it on!!
Step 3: Apply it gently over the eyelashes ill show pics dw

Step 4: Let it dry completely before opening ur eye again!!
Step:5 Repeat on the other eye
Be careful with getting it in the eye it can seriously damage the cornea or wtv its called.
