Is my chin, brow bridge or maxilla recessed? I have a slight overbite btw so that’s why my lower lip protrudes. My nose is weirdly crooked and my lips are narrow, is this from mouth breathing

Im not so sure, I'm doing MSE n FM to see if it can work but on just a guinea pig. I haven't got to the FM part yet but only proven option so far is jaw surgery.

Im 29 and MSE is showing itself to be very underwhelming and impractical IRL despite good theory.

There's new ideas every year but secretly, I think the inter-pterygoid width + sphenoid angle have something to do with the problem if downgrowth.

Someone posted a couple days ago of a facepull technique that involved the anchorage in the nose but it's not very mainstream that pulled the face with no rotation. CCW rotation might be possible with that kind of anchorage.

How old are you could have braces, It really helped with my overbite problem.
