How much hq 4 % creams do i need since my retailer sells 10g creams?
Do i need something else with hq?

For hydrocortisone, the retailer sells 10g as well, how many do i need and
how long do i need to apply ?

HQ with tret can only take u from fitzpatrick 4 to fitzpatrick 3( light) at most
