So I am 15, I am 6’1 and my face is pretty good. But I am very skinny so I don’t get as many girls as I could. Can you guys give me some tips on how to gain weight? Currently I work out daily and my split is

Monday: arms
Tuesday: legs
Wedsday: rest
Thursday: arms
Friday: legs
Saturday: core or back
Sunday: rest
 
The issue isnt physique lmao it never is

So ur face isnt 'pretty good' or ur not 6'1. Im guessing its the face part, cause a 6'1 htn would get quite a few girls

I get a decent amount of girls but I don’t really like how skinny I am and almost every girl asks me about it

All that has nothing to do with weight gain. Gotta eat more brah
 
what should I pin to gain weight? I saw that there are some weight loss ones but I haven’t not found any weight gain ones
its not the body fat% thats the problem, Being low body fat is the ultimate looksmax. A lean face looks great and your face would probably descend if u got more fat

Just get lean muscle, im saying pin roids. You wont even need to work out anymore and youll get bigger arms and chest just from pinning

to gain weight and fill out your frame you need to eat in a consistent caloric surplus and revamp your workout split to focus on large muscle groups by replacing the double arm days with dedicated chest and back training and hop on smth like Mk maybe

Also that split does lwk suck. Like I get hitting arms but you should have a chest day and a back day. And do core on those days separately
