I will be continuing my microdose of 20mg accutane, 5 mg GHK CU, and tretinoin 0.1% (adding erborian cc cream for bb cream)
I will also pin dr lipo on my malar and buccal fat regions, as well as getting buccal fat removal surgery in mexico. Finally, I will be getting more filler injected near my lateral canthus to raise my canthal tilt.

its going well ive used tret for a year but noticed that it isnt enough to control my sebum especially on a caloric surplus. accutane is going well however lip dryness can be an issue for me so im using corticobalm for my lips, they be bleeding

yeah I need to trim them soon. I normally do them with a blade and straighten them somewhat to fraud straight supras

dude you can always dissolve some filler with liporase the only thing is your skin will look worse temporarily but that changes as you get it from your diet
