explain. Never see people jaw angle in irl and I have never cared about it.. Good lightening make them visible in selfies.

Fat graft or implants? Would a fat graft work fine in the infraorbital area instead of an implant? Maybe some in the cheek area aswell?

Dr Raffaini from Italy uses fat grafts for that. In a lecture he said he prefers fat grafting cheeks for stability instead of using an implant. But the results shown were done in an female patient, don't know about male
