htns/cls doing the least for their looks

i have a few friends who are easily htn+ yet they do the absolute least for their looks, example one of my boys always has greasy or wet hair with dandruff yet he’s a 6’2 french mogger with a skull double the size of mine, i don’t understand why they don’t put a tiny amount of effort in to be a little bit more appealing. my theory is they r too used to getting girls and validation from how they look that they stopped caring
