Hugging a pillow at night to fall asleep

I know some people joke about doing this but genuinely in my bed I have a soft pillow just dedicated to me holding in my arms pretending it’s the touch of a woman to fall asleep every night. I genuinely cannot fall asleep without it it’s like embedded into my sleep schedule, and a lot of the time I still wake up holding it. Idk does anyone else do this or is it just me.
