Hunger and knee pains after puberty?

Am I getting old and fat, in addition to joint problems? Since stopping smoking and alcohol, as well as cutting out the junk food, my appetite for normal food went up and the knees started to hurt. Can I be growing?

I am 25. Had growth spurt from 160 to 170 from 10 to 12, 5'10 now.

No, it's even more likely you're growing than you're having a tumor. And you would have other symptoms
If it's too painful and it doesn't leave, I'd advise you to see your doc
