Hunger has a much bigger negative effect on me
thirst because then i can lean out a bit easier
those that chose thirst, wouldn’t you say hunger would be a better choice since when you eat food it stimulates saliva, and saliva at least gives you some temporary relief from that ‘dry mouth’ feeling

it’s not actually hydrating you in a real sense, but it tricks your body a bit, buys you time.

hunger drags on your entire system. your energy crashes, you get irritable, you can’t focus, your body starts feeling weak and shaky.

thirst is also less psychologically unlike hunger.

Doesn't actually alleviate thirst either due to it's high salt content

that’s if you’re eating super salty food, it can make you feel thirstier. but that’s about what you’re eating, not the act of eating itself.

depends what the situation is, the body survives max about 3 days without drinking but can survive into the weeks without food

also i cant eat without a drink so id just be pissed off if i picked food
