Hunger question

Im at 11% bf right now and i want to get to 7%. I eat raw meat and cooked meat if i go out with fruits. But i eat 90 10% beef, so if i want to cut to 7% should i eat only raw chicken breast and really lean beef only to not feel hungry?

It’s difficult to get from 11% to 7% body fat and although a low-fat high-protein diet can assist in managing calories, it’s wiser not to completely eliminate your source of fats and proteins that are already cooked in order to maintain your hormone levels and better health. Eat some pasta

That’s what I atleast understand
