I was prescribed a diuretic to help manage elevated blood pressure. One of its effects is increased water excretion through the kidneys, which may also help reduce bloating. In theory, it should provide a milder and relatively safer debloating effect compared to stronger loop diuretics like Lasix. I would estimate I am sub 20% bf so not sure how strong the effects will be. Will keep you guys posted!
