Hydrocortisone 0.5% effectiveness on nose shrinking

I’ve seen everyone mentioning Hydrocortisone 1% creams for the topical nose shrinking method

I happen to find a tube at home of 0.5% concentration Hydrocortisone cream, since a small quantity has to be used during the process I’m wondering if the 0.5% is still effective enough for a noticable difference following the protocol

Otherwise I’d be happy searching for a 1% cream but 3 pharmacies i went to confirmed not having it.
