I used hydrocortisone cream 1% concentration for around 3 months and it made my nose slightly narrower, but caused incredibly sensitive skin and thinning. I used it around the alae and the tip and made it 0.5-1mm narrower all around(not significant or drastic but slightly noticeable).
This is great, but it made the skin irritated and thin and caused sensitivity. This is because I used a fuck ton of it for a long period of time on and off which is not recommended.
conclusion: generally okay but use it for like 2 weeks and test with lower concentration. pair with moisturizer to prevent dryness and flaky skin.
