questions regarding accutane and nose tape and skin

is it okay to have nose tape on EOD overnight, and what should i do for accutane to avoid dry skin and other side effects whilst also being easy for school. and i have dry itchy scalp aswell anythoughts? and skin barrier is also damaged.
