Can hydrocortisone 1% actually slim your nose a bit or is it just cope. Im already on tret 0,5% and azelic acid

it does work temporarily but casual prolonged use actually causes harm, it suppresses immune response, makes skin thiner (which causes irritation and PIH if exposed to sunlight), and also causes permanent 'spider veins' (basically permanent spider web looking bs on your nose
