I have a semi Boblus nose I’ve been looking into hydrocortisone on the nose some people have said it’s extremely dangerous and may give me visble blood vessels and tsw I can’t find a straight forward answer help me out

just start taking cocaine dude,all that sniffin will def make ur nose smaller ngl,bit pricy but "whatever it takes" right?

It’s not intended for nose shrinking is it dangerous to use for that?
