You need to cycle it, 1 week on 3 weeks off.

10 days in, hopping off it now, here's why.

When I first applied the product, I didn’t notice any immediate effects, which is expected since results usually take time. However, things started to change on day 2. After using it for the second time and cleansing my face, I noticed my lower eyelids appeared noticeably more droopy than usual, almost giving the look of neutral/negative canthal tilt. If you’re familiar with hydrocortisone creams, you’ll know that one common side effect is skin thinning, which seemed to be happening under my eyes, making the area look worse. Despite this, I continued using it daily, thinking the temporary effects would be worth any potential long-term benefits on my nose.

But by about a week in, my under-eye area continued to worsen gradually. Additionally, there was no noticeable change in the size of my bulbous nose tip—it remained the same.

For those wondering, I was only applying it to my nose with a small, pea-sized amount, and not on any other areas. However, it’s possible that it spread to other parts of my face due to natural skin oils.

Overall, I would not recommend this method for nose slimming. In the future, Im planning on trying lipolab injections instead.
