Hydrocortisone long term maintenance

Having looked at multiple guides on hydrocortisone, ive seen that almost all of them focus its use as a very short term looksmax

But after achieving desired results, if i wanted to maintain these, would it be reasonably safe to use it ~1x/week long term to maintain results without risking excessive skin atrophy etc? Surely once a week cannot be too bad given its low potency

at that point just do a rhino. unless your content with hydrocortisone every week of ur life.
