Hydrocortisone long term maintenance

Having looked at multiple guides on hydrocortisone, ive seen that almost all of them focus its use as a very short term looksmax

But after achieving desired results, if i wanted to maintain these, would it be reasonably safe to use it ~1x/week long term to maintain results without risking excessive skin atrophy etc? Surely once a week cannot be too bad given its low potency

at that point just do a rhino. unless your content with hydrocortisone every week of ur life.

HydroC won’t help it’s not as strong as like Clobesatol , halobetasol or betamethasone which show greater results but they fuck up your skin beyond repair and aren’t worth it long term. What DOES WORK is accutane as it shells oil glands and inflammation in the skin including the nose making it smaller permanently, if your 18 you can get it legit by asking ur doc and they’ll send u to a derm to get it prescribed or you. Can get an online prescription of microdosed accutane but nothing else will work please don’t use hydrocortisone.
