Hydrocortisone making nose smaller results

I started couple weeks ago doing 20 minutes every other night and then a week break but i switched to keeping it on overnight and saw no problems. These are my results after roughly 3 weeks, i also have been cutting so that could come in factor too but ive only lost like 5 lbs

This is after 3 weeks ( The reason it looks a bit displaced is becuase i broke it couple days before but focus more on the tip and bulbous part)

didnt change the alar width but i feel like ur skin around the nose got thinner
