Has anyone experienced topical steroid withdrawal from the protocol in the BOTB thread?

the guide says to only leave it on the nose 5 minutes at a time; but doing that for 2 weeks straight does seem a bit long

I did it step by step and it worked, don't expect big changes, its more of a small changes but its worth it

So you did it for two weeks and then only used it occasionally after that as the guide says? Did you have any negative side effects like topical steroid withdrawal?

I started a week and a half ago . No sides, I do it every day

I used it every night the last 6 months and no side effects for me

It's not rhinoplasty, it doesn't change the shape of your nose but it does slim it a down a little bit, slightly noticeable
