Hydrocortisone/tret (thin nose)

im currently using tret on my whole face i wana know if i can use hydrocortisone for now since both of these are for nose thinning is it gonna burn my ose the fuck off help plz

maybe introduce the hydrocortisone after using tretinoin for a while, if it gets really thin and red and dry quickly then lower the dosage or use it less, or maybe lower the tret a bit and then keep the same for the hydrocortisone i dont fucking know. maybe just use tretinoin not on the nose, only the hydrocortisone
