no bs, i used 1% hydrocortisone on my nose cartilage and it instantly made it appear smaller, after a while of using it i can say it does work and its not cope. it wont magically make ur nose look like it went through surgery, but it does help. so anyone saying its cope is just wrong or it just doesn’t work for them. i can vouch it works for me.
