so i bought hydrocortisone 1% and i wanna know how to use it safe? how long should i have it on my nose? how long should I use this? after what time should I stop and take a break? i don't really understand this topic so I need help

even betamethasone only has a mild effect, still good tho

Use it 3 times a week(1-2day interval between each use) and then rest for 1 week. Use small amount and apply it on the bulbous part of the nose(the front part) and maybe slightly on the sides(the lower part), try not to go too high on the nose where the skin is already thin. Also search for tips and how many weeks u should do here or on social platforms.
