Does hydrocortisone deflate your nose or does it just make your skin thin?

Applying hydrocortisone cream to the nose does not "deflate" or shrink the nose, but it can lead to skin thinning. While it may temporarily make the nose appear less red or slightly less swollen due to reduced inflammation, it does not alter the cartilage or bone structure. Using it daily can cause thinned skin.

Do you know any method to deflate the nose?

Feel your nose. Is it the bone that's big or a lot of fat/inflammation? If its the bone, then you can't do anything (other than a rhinoplasty). If its inflammation it is likely the skin might be a bit irritated. If its fat, then that's an easy fix.

The bone in my nose is small but the lower part of the cartilage is very round
