I recently bought a 1L bottle of hydrogen peroxide for pretty cheap on a Amazon rip off in Iran, now I’ve been using it for 1 week as a mouth wash only every other day as I heard it can be damaging if used daily. It’s only 3% medical grade but I had a choice for 30 to 35 percent not sure if it was safe so I went for 3. My main question is will this actually do something in attempts to whiten teeth or is it just cope. I’m also wondering if I should use it in any other way or apply more often.

3% peroxide prolly can whiten teeth but swishing it as a basic mouthwash for 30–60 seconds won't do shi whitening requires contact time like strips on ur teeth for 15 min swishing mostly just dilutes it with saliva

what would you recommend I do with it like create some substance with it that I can put on my teeth or anyother solution?

don try making a homemade DIY gel or paste with liquid peroxide that shit flows everywhere and leaks directly onto your gums even if its 3 percent leaving liquid trapped against your soft tissue will cause chemical burns white sloughin and gum recession

the only classic DIY option is mixing a tiny bit of 3% peroxide with baking soda to make a thick paste but that only acts as an abrasive scrub for basic surface stains it won actually bleach your teeth from the inside nd using it more than once a week strips your enamel

if u want actual whitening without ruining ur gums js buy regular whitening strips they use a thick gel matrix designed specifically to lock peroxide against your teeth while keeping it off ur soft tissue
