how do i use them both without fucking my skin up and this is what chatgpt said, is this good enough or should i make some changes

NOT A GUIDE ❌

Step 1: Gentle Cleanser

  • Use a mild, non-foaming cleanser (CeraVe / Cetaphil / Simple).
  • Pat your skin dry.
  • Wait 15–20 minutes to ensure your face is 100% dry — this is important to reduce irritation from Tazret.

💊 Step 2: Hydroquinone 4%

  • Apply only on dark spots / hyperpigmented areasnot the full face unless your dermatologist advised.
  • Very thin layer.

⏳ Wait 20–30 minutes after applying. Let it absorb.

🧴 Step 3: Tazret 0.1%

  • Apply a pea-sized amount for the whole face.
  • Dot it on forehead, both cheeks, nose, chin — then spread it gently.
  • Avoid eyelids, around nose, lips, and neck.

🧴 Step 4: Moisturizer

  • Use a heavy, soothing moisturizer (CeraVe Moisturizing Cream, Cetaphil DAM, or Bioderma Atoderm).
  • Helps prevent dryness, irritation, and flaking.

☀️ MORNING ROUTINE (Non-negotiable)

1. Gentle Cleanser

Same as at night.

2. Moisturizer

A basic lightweight one is fine.

3. Sunscreen (SPF 50+) — most important

  • Broad-spectrum (UVA + UVB)
  • Reapply every 2–3 hours if outdoors
  • Without this step, your skin can get darker instead of lighter.
