Hydroquinone for dark circles

will it be safe to use hydroquinone on my darkcricles to get rid of them faster? im also afraid it might get into my eyeballs and burn me

Use 4% Hydroquinone, Let it dry for 5-10 min, apply Moisturizer, also once it dries idk how it would burn your eyeballs off
