could someone help me on how to use 4% hydroquinone for skin bleaching? I know it sounds stupid, but I really don't want to mess up my skin; I've looked for threads on this topic, but I still haven't managed to clear up some of my doubts. My questions are about how much product to apply to the face and neck, and which areas I should avoid.
