stop HQ and any other bleaching immedeately otherwise it will get worse and become irreverisble. and of course wear sunscreen everyday and try to stay inside as much as possible. your skin barrier is damaged.

and switch to other safe options after it lightens

while doing tret regularly or even using taz instead of tret after healing

but i do know that you must stop HQ now otherwise you could do irreverisble damage to your skin. It kills your melanin so if you overdo it your body produces an immune response. it starts with rebound pigmentation but continued use leads to permanent blue black discolouration. Also if you have any ''Whitening'' soaps or creams they may containt HQ throw them out

Bro I stopped hydroquinone already
Only want to know that skin barrier is irritated once I fixed it my that skin will be there or I have to do other cycle again

you may have to. it depends how much it will rebound and how light you want to be.

id say js wait for ur barrier to heal and use triluma the reason why ur barrier broke is cuz u used tret and hq seperately instead of using it like triluma ? ur missing flucoinole acetonade which helps reduce irritation and also prioritize sunscreen and avoid uv if this doesnt work last resort inject glutathione iv drip

even im based in india and id say i reach hmtn which would put me in htn territory in india if avg was considered mtn and also ur skin isnt ur biggest issue js pick up the hammer and find ways to fix eye area

@Thodian help me it is skin barrier damage irritation cause I used too many products and all
I lost hydroquinone+tretnion progress?or it will bounce back once barrier healed
Also which one I should follow so I won't fk up next time

Id say give ur skin a rest for a month or 2
Continue to use a moisturizer sunscreen if you are in the sun a lot not too high spf tho
just be very sensitive with ur skin and wait

My eye area is hollow sunken if I go lean
Still I will hit 12% bf
Also fillers are temporary hard to diy can get botched
I will consider it in future

It has been 17 days skin is healed
Not fully lighten yet
Cause of my habits like
Late night sleep
Ciggerate sometimes
Alcohol 2 times in this week
Bas diet
But it seems like barrier is healed but not lighten and glowing cause of my habits I can start azelaic acid 15% 2-3 times with tretnion 2-3 times or wait more
