I bought hydroquinone 4% for my PIH. How long should I use it? Should I use it every day, and when should I apply it? I am using taz 0.05 in the evening. Also do i apply it on my whole face or just the Hyperpigmentation?

Every night along with taz.
don't use it for more than 3 months
when you're almost done w the cycle, taper the dose or else your PiH can rebound
apply on just the hyperpigmentation not your whole face

How do i do it because i do the sandwich method (moisturiser taz moisturiser) should i do it before or after?
