hey guys, how can i fix the hyoid bone under my mouth? dont say loose weight cuz im already at good BMI

but is there any non surgical way to show the jaw better? i have great jaw but its fucked by this shit bone its way too forwarded

You should do fast mouth opening and then closing. It moves hyoid up. There can be people that says it's cope but it worked for me.
