I have the same problem, but I obv don’t “sit alone and mew all day”

But there are some ways of fixing these:

1. Do hard mewing and chin tucks (look up a good guide on this)

2. high speed jaw opening exercises have also been shown to improve this (someone linked the stud already)

3. Remove subQ fat of your submental area (double chin) with fat dissolvers like aqualyx

4. You have a recessed mandible, and usually this equals to a low hyoid bone, in your case (and also mine) this is the most probable cause since we’re low bf%. The only fix is getting forward growth which you can only get by hardmaxxing (lower jaw surgery, genioplasty, etc.)
