Any tips on how to remove hyoid fat to a certain level?

Only mewing can do anything to that but the good part is if u do that for a long time it will be standard posture and u will even do it while speaking a little so ur double chin wont drop down to subhuman level

All I know rn is chin tucks and mewing yeah they’re pretty solid

I only have my tongue tip touching the roof always naturally
