I have a subhuman hyoid, I’ve been doing chin tucks past month and no improvement. I’m 6’3 155 (Ik it’s terrible) so I’m pretty lean but my hyoid is still nerfing me terribly. What natural ways could i improve it

Open your mouth as if you're yawning, make sure to squeeze the mylohyoid muscle as hard as possible. Do it 20 times in the morning and night, you'll see results in 3 weeks to a month.
Don't expect it to make your hyoid perfect tho, if you want a permanent fix hyoid suspension is what you need
