what can you do to reduce hyoid fat and make the hyoid bone rise? ive heard that losing face fat will help and that high speed jaw open and closing exercises will help with raising the hyoid bone but idk if its cope or not. so what can i do?

this shit i made like 1 year ago, did the routine for 3 years, can see incredible results already in my hyoid + after years also in alveolar and eyesupport.

Combined with thumbpulling and bonesmashing this shit works wonders, also do not give it to newgens and tiktokcels they do not deserve this

Just check up that routine I dropped + bonesmash chin for 2 years + thumbpull/towelpull for 10 minut per day also for 2 years and you should see improvement buddy boyo

almost 18 and second almost 21
i was already thumb pulling 4 times a day each for a minute and doing the hyoid exercise for 3 sets each 20 reps and then 10 seconds in between but im having trouble with the hyoid mewing and isnt bone smashing cope? and with thumbpulling where do you place ur thumbs? i place them at the side of my front teeth and pull forwards and upwards, lmk if thats right

Put thumbs between your last teeth too, massage your whole palate forward. (Move your fingers from back to front)

Massage whole hard palate, start where soft palate starts and end in around front teeth.

Bonesmashing isnt cope imho

I stopped doing it already just regular mewing but try to push your tongue as back as you can so you can barely breath and you can feel your neck muscles hurting

Results permanent btw

It is in the same position, no jutting. And yeah i got slight overbite but actually slightly crooked teeth, now its fixed

did u have braces or anything because my teeth arent as straight as i want them to be and there are gaps in between my teeth and some people had said that braces will help and others say it wil make me more recessed, should i get braces or na

Nop, never got braces just wildening my palate with thmubs, and clenching also.

My theory is that, you need braces only if you have narrow palate, if not your teeth will find their place. I also got an offer from doctor to remove my wisdom teeth and I rejected it cuz its literally making you recessed and I never regret that, my teeth are now really straight, no overbite, underbite.

My biggest failo is chin tbh cuz of not prominent enough but I started bonesmashing and Im thinking about genio for like 300€

Cuz i overprojected (imho) my alveolar (bigger lips) and my chin didnt follow the forward so it seems really recessed in contrast with my lower maxilla

Nop, never got braces just wildening my palate with thmubs, and clenching also.

alr i have a dentist appointment in like 2 months and then theyre gonna take x rays and stuff so then ill see what im gonna do
