you can't actually remove your hyoid you'd be unable to swallow if you do
Yes it moves when you swallow and talk and shit
no you can't use Aqualyx or stuff like that it's a bone, try neck curls and chin tucks and see what happens

they aren't cope unless you think that they will do something magical it's just the only thing you can do for now unless your actual problem is subQ fat under your jaw in which case use Aqualyx
