Hyperpigmentation and acne scars from shaving upwards with oneblade how to fix

So this been happening for about a year and im brown so ts just looks horrid on photos i started shaving with normal razor and dont get acne or any scarring from it or hyperpigmentation im currently using

La Roche Posay Anthelios UVmune 400 Invisible Fluid SPF50+ and CeraVe Foaming Cleanser pls help​
