Hyperpigmentation around lips

I have this hyperpigmentation around my lips and it makes my mouth area look darker.
I mouth tape everynight with this micropore tape and shave like 2-3 times a week. Its specifically my mouth area though that is darker while the rest of my face is rather pale.
Somewhat like this around but my skin is a bit paler and the hyperpigmentation is a bit lighter.

Any skincare products / solutions , thanks.

This is the mouth tape I use, maybe this has something to do with it not sure.

Isn't this from facial hair? The only solution would be laser hair removal.

just go to the pharmacy and ask if they have anything Hyperpigmentation, use it daily for 2 weeks
