time, microneedling can help, lasers can nuke that shit pretty safely

if u using azaelic a and a topical retinoid (alternating days) you are probably doing as much as u can w/o microneedling/lasers

I’m doing hydroquinone and chemical peels

You’re 15? I’m surprised you have such terrible hyperpigmentation. U should send a pic of your face with everything blurred out or sum and so people can give you actual feedback and not just guessing based on your words

this is a common mix of erythema and hyperpigmentation, will fix with time

it also looks like you are not scarring that much, this is a major plus (just watch out if you start to have cystic acne, and if you do, nuke that shit immediately with accutane). You are developing shallow boxcar scars fyi. These can be dealt with straightforwardly when your acne is gone. Do not worry about them rn they are 100% fixable.

Looks like you’re barely breaking out, so best case rn is to just perfect your skin routine, sunscreen, sleep, and health. Keep using aa and tret (different days). Aa is typically better than niacinamide, but you can try nia if you would like to change it up. Slowly up your retinol concentration over months till you’re able to handle a stronger concentration.

If there was anything “hard” that I would do in your scenario it would be to consider low dose accutane. Derm would prescribe it easily, don’t go over 10mg/day, keep it low dose to avoid sides and long term effects, also your acne only warrants low dose. A ton of actors out there are on low dose Accutane to maintain their perfect skin, like 10mg every 4 days or sum crazy low but still beneficial. Totally up you tho bc looks like u are alr controlling the acne very well.

So just keep the routine and you’ll skin mog everyone by around age 18 except for those who are naturally acne free.

You’ll skin mog almost every other male at age 30 because you’ll know how to take care of your skin wayyy better than they do.

good luck bro.
