Hyperpigmentation

how do i get rid of hyperpigmentation and how long will it take? The spots on my face are very light, but there are a lot of them making it look worst than it is.

It will take a long time to get rid of. You should use tinted spf or something similar to conceal it. You can use retenoids, Niacinamide, different types of exfolliants. Sometimes these topicals do not really work though. Laser treatment might work well but I am not sure.
