Hypothyroidism can cause eyelid retraction , taking t3 thyroid hormone and t4 in a 1:2 ratio can fix it

Thats literally the classic hyperthyroid sign tho, hypothyroid people of where i know plenty have more of this bloat around their eyes and tired slanted look

Does hyperthyroidism do anything facially? My Dad has it, not sure if I do, but I definitely have a fast metabolism, lots of sweating, don't put on weight, etc.

check if its adrenaline or thyroid. You can tell by how relaxed you are usually. Adrenaline is a dirty kind of focus, thyroid is smooth energy 0 fatigue etc
