What'd u do
Most basic shit ever and im not even in gym.

- Hammer curls 3x 15 . 15kg
- incline dumbbell press 3x 15 18kg.
- Dumbell row 3 x15 each hands 18kg.
- Incline Bench preachers curls each hands 3 x 15 18g
- Push up. 3 x 30 .

i DO Same shit for 3 days. in 4 i just do shoulder and push up. Not very taxing.
