I have just started doing farmer carry in my routine, I currently do 14kg for 3 sets of 1 minute (doing 16kg next btw!)

So I’m on my last set and I’ve got like 30 seconds left. My grip is gassing out and it reminded me of when I was sparring, so I was holding onto the dumbbell for dear life. My forearms are aching, fingers slipping, and while my incel ass is struggling with the weight I almost fucking cried.

Brutally over for me. But I did manage to finish the set, as I’m walking home rn, I’m thinking of eating some yoghurt for protein

Lifting 14kg at 58kg isn’t “weak” that’s decent man. I weigh 105 and usually do 20-30 but that’s cos I weigh a lot. Respect to OP for putting his All into it don’t give up Bhai jaaani

I’m hoping to hit like 20kg for 1 minute eventually. I just want better grip strength for fighting jfl

No its not, this site is not a blupilled support group.

20-30kg is dogshit as well. My 60kg little brother who never works out lifted a 50kg dumbell without any problems.

Yeah I often use that stuff for combat as well. I lift for endurance mostly because in fights I find that’s more important. Sure you can GET lucky and one hit KO somebody but what if you don’t. You’ll get there some day

yeah it's farmer walk for 3 sets of 1 min. I do think I could go higher if I was doing for 30 secs. I am new to them too

OP, have you tried those Captains Of Crush handgrippers for grip strength? I wanna try them but they're not exactly cheap.
